Frequently asked
Can I use it on-site without a reservation?
Yes. Some events support walk-in payment. Lockers sell out fast, so booking ahead is recommended.
What is the refund policy?
Cancel at least 5 hours before the event starts for a full refund. On the event day, cancelling before opening hours refunds 50%; after opening, no refund. If a locker fault prevents use, you get a full refund.
What if I lose my belongings?
Every locker open and close is recorded in an audit log. If something goes wrong, the Feslock team checks the log and can force the locker open.
Can international visitors use it?
Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese are supported. Payment, guidance and receipts all appear in your chosen language.
What locker sizes are available?
S / M / L / PREMIUM are the standard sizes; the sizes in service vary by event. Check the event page.
Organizing an event?
Leave bag storage to Feslock.
Feslock handles it end to end — delivering and installing the lockers, running them through the event, then settlement and a report once it is over. You do not need to staff a counter.
